Our client is a respected regional hospital providing patient care across various specialties. Required Qualifications: 

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S Pharm) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. 
• Possess the ability to build rapport with both patients and healthcare professionals. 
• Capable of working effectively in a team-focused hospital setting. 

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Accurately dispense medications for inpatient care while providing thorough counseling on correct usage. 
• Review medication regimens based on patient conditions and clinical guidelines. 
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy management. 
• Educate patients on their medications, including expected outcomes, potential side effects, and necessary monitoring. 
• Maintain accurate records of patient medication profiles, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Hospital pharmacy experience. 
• Familiarity with managing complex medication regimens for a variety of medical conditions.
