PharmServ currently has an open PRN opportunity in the Milwaukee, WI area for a community retail pharmacy seeking coverage in late March.  The client is a top psychiatric clinic providing both online and in-person services, specializing in personalized medication management for children and adults.

Required Qualifications: 

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution. 
• Valid, active pharmacist license in Wisconsin. 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented and inclusive environment. 

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Accurately prepare and provide medications while offering clear instructions on their proper use. 
• Manage and review medication plans for patients dealing with mental health conditions. 
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to maximize patient care. 
• Inform patients about their mental health medications, including potential risks and side effects. 
• Ensure documentation of patient information and adhere to all regulatory standards. 



Preferred Qualifications: 

• Background in mental health care. 
• Management of psychiatric medications. 

Compensation for this Position: 

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed.
