Join our referral program and help us grow our network while earning money! Simply connect us with your pharmacy tech and or intern friends and family members.
You will receive a $100 finder's fee when the tech you referred completes our onboarding process and is cleared to work in our network. Additionally, you'll earn an extra $150 when they log 40 hours of work at our client's pharmacies.

Tech Referral Program
Requirements
- There is only one referral bonus paid per tech referred, however, there is no limit on the number of tech you can refer.
- For permanent or travel pharmacy tech placements, referral bonuses are paid after the candidate has fulfilled the guarantee period and the client has paid in full.
- Relief pharmacy tech must work 40 billable hours before the referral bonus can be paid.
- Referral bonuses are paid during the next payroll cycle after requirements are met.
- The referring person will not receive a referral bonus if the referral is an employee of a current PharmServ Staffing client.
- PharmServ Staffing reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program at any time.
