Are you an experienced Pharmacist looking for your next career move? We have an exciting Permanent Placement opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager position. This is a leading retail pharmacy 40 minutes from Des Moines, IA area. This role offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, relocation assistance, and a generous sign-on bonus.

Position: Pharmacy Manager

Compensation:

• Up to $85/hr (based on experience)
• Quarterly performance bonus (averaging $1k-$4k per quarter)
• Relocation assistance – Negotiable
• Sign-on bonus - $30,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department in alignment with client standards and policies
• Lead and develop a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Provide clinical services, medication therapy management, and patient counseling as needed
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to optimize pharmacy performance and contribute to overall store success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active pharmacy license in good standing in the state of Iowa
• Certified to provide immunizations and willing to do so. 
• Previous experience in pharmacy management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
