Position: Staff Pharmacist

Compensation: Up to $75/hr

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling to ensure optimal health outcomes
• Provide immunizations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Support pharmacy operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department
• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community and drive customer engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active pharmacy license in good standing in the state of Iowa
• Certified and able to give immunization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred but not required
