Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering strong connections with patients. 
• Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and health improvement strategies. 
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and team members to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize shortages. 
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols to uphold high standards of care. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Valid pharmacist license in good standing in Texas. 
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (PharmBS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. 
• Experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Carefully review and dispense prescriptions, prioritizing patient safety. 
• Provide personalized counseling on medications and health concerns. 
• Conduct regular medication reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes. 
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies. 
• Maintain accurate patient records to support continuity of care. 
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to refine treatment plans. 
• Stay updated on new medications and health guidelines to enhance patient support. 

Compensation for this Position: 

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage 
• Drivetime  
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed.
