Required Qualifications: 

• Valid pharmacist license in Arizona 
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D. 
• Experience in a mental health environment preferred 
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities 



Daily Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate and dispense psychiatric medications, offering guidance on proper usage and potential effects 
• Collaborate with mental health providers to create and adjust patient treatment plans 
• Monitor patient adherence to medications and address any concerns 
• Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations 
• Provide education and resources to support patients and their families regarding mental health treatment 

Compensation for this Position: 

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed.
