Assignment Dates & Times:

·      Coverage is needed from October into the first week of November.

·      All shifts are based on your availability.

As the PharmServ Pharmacist your responsibilities include:

• Check, counsel (Pre-verify & verify) and administer immunizations If certified to do so
• Work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Provide patient care consistent with pharmacy’s regulations and core values.
• Grow your knowledge of the pharmacy departments operations and systems and assist in those areas as your comfort level and that of the pharmacy staff allows.

Compensation for this assignment includes: 

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ
• Mileage 
• Drivetime
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed.
