PharmServ is working with an established retail client in the central Indiana area who is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join their team full-time. We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Pharmacists dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversees and directs operations of the in-store pharmacy and other areas of the warehouse.

·      Dispense medications accurately and provide expert pharmaceutical guidance to our members.

·      Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

·      Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

·      Monitors department performance as Pharmacy Manager

Qualifications:

·     Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

·     Pharmacist licensure in Indiana in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy

·     Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

·     Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
