PharmServ is working with a renowned Health System to find a passionate and hardworking Pharmacy Director to lead their pharmacy department. This client is located near the South Bend Indiana area.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent; PharmD or Master's preferred.

·     Current Pharmacist licensure in Indiana.

·     5+ years of progressive hospital pharmacy leadership experience.

·     Meeting ASHP requirements for pharmacy residency program oversight.
